Raaz [2002] - What Lies Beneath [2000]

 

What Lies Beneath (2000) is a supernatural thriller by director Robert Zemeckis. It tells the story of a housewife who finds her home is haunted. The film stars Harrison Ford and Michelle Pfeiffer as Norman and ClaireSpencer. The source of the hauting is burried deep into the past of her husband. Scary at places, mostly the film moves at a steady pace. Acting wise Ford has done a good job but the star of the show is clearly Michelle!! Though not for the hardcore fans of horror genre, it’ll be a good wach nevertheless.

Raaz(2002) is directed by Vikram Bhatt and stars Bipasha Basu, Dino Morea. Same plot, some added songs and thats it. Though Bipasha got a filmfare for this one, I think we have seen better from her, now. Dino is as good as a dinning table.
